Shipping costs 

Order with peace of mind. Our shipping is free Europe-wide! All orders are processed and shipped within two business days. 

Depending on which country you are ordering from, we offer different shipping solutions (FedEx, Hermes, DHL, or a local delivery service). For countries outside the EU, import tax and/or import duty may apply (for most countries though there is a certain threshold below which no tax and/or duty applies). Please check with your local authorities to ensure no surprises, as genio is NOT responsible for covering such taxes or duties. 

Delivery time 

Delivery within Europe takes 3-5 working days. 

Delivery outside of Europe takes 5-10 working days
